Unsecured Line of Credit

  • Interest and Fees
    • We charge an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 360.00% on the outstanding balance of the account.
    • There is no grace period in which interest can be avoided.
    • We calculate interest using the “daily balance (including new transactions)” method.  See the Cash Hub Line of Credit Account Agreement for a detailed explanation.
    • A late fee of $10 may be charged on past due amounts.
    • A returned check fee of $30 may be charged if a check is returned for insufficient funds
    • There is no penalty for early payoff.
  • Loan Terms
    • Unsecured Lines of Credit are “open-end” loans that allow you to obtain cash advances when needed up to your credit limit.
    • As you make payments on the outstanding balance, a corresponding amount of credit generally will be made available for additional advances (subject to your credit limit). 
    • You must pay the “minimum payment due” each billing cycle.  The minimum payment due will be equal to the greater of $5.00 or the following: (1) any unpaid portions of the minimum payment due from any previous billing cycles, plus (2) any “fees” for the current billing cycle, (3) any interest or other finance charges since your last billing cycle, and (4) an amount equal to 2.5% of the outstanding principal amount for that billing cycle.
    • The “minimum payment due” will typically be due on your paydays; either bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly.
  • Governing Law for Kansas
    • The account agreement is governed by applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Loans to Miliary members and their dependents
    • Federal law prohibits lenders from making loans to active-duty miliary personnel and their dependents which carry an APR greater than 36%.
